Working Group 4 explores how the wider economic system can support high-quality retrofit at scale. It looks beyond financing the upfront cost to consider materials and labour, access to finance, risk, regulation, running costs and the wider value created by retrofit.
The group brings people together to build a shared understanding of retrofit economics, explore emerging approaches and identify practical action to remove barriers. It builds on the work of the former Finance Working Group, carrying its learning and progress into this broader programme.
