South West Net Zero Hub and the South West Region Energy Advice Providers Forum: Response to the Warm Homes Plan.

Following the publication of the Warm Homes Plan in January 2026, the South West Net Zero Hub invited the National Retrofit Hub to convene the South West Region Energy Advice Providers Forum to develop a collective response to the plan. 

Drawing on decades of trusted, place-based experience within the South West region, it highlights how collaboration on local delivery, health integration and high-quality energy advice is critical to achieving scale, public trust and lasting impact. Such collaboration opportunities exist across the UK and this document showcases one such powerful example.
